PASTORAL ASSISTANT FOR FAITH FORMATION (PAFF)

This job opportunity is based in Anacortes, WA and encompasses the parishes of St. Mary, Anacortes, and St. Paul on the Swinomish Indian Reservation.  

The PAFF works under the direction of and assists the pastor in developing, implementing, and directing parish programs that provide Faith Formation for children, youth, and young adults by directing the Sacramental preparation and other faith building programs, especially Youth and Family Ministry. The PAFF also collaborates with parish leaders to develop a vision and programming in line with our parish mission and values. Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a practicing Catholic and have a degree in Catechetics or related field, with at least two years of parish ministry or teaching experience.
