Pricing (by June 30...July 1 and later, prices increase by $5-$10):

Single adult (18-99...over 100 are free, especially if they camp) - $30

Married couple - $50

Family (up to 6 people) - $75    Kids 7 & under are free   (If all of your children are under 7, register as a married couple)

Additional family youth - $10

Priests, Deacons, Religious, & Seminarians - Free!  (please register, so we can plan for you to be here!)

Meals & Food:

Healthy snacks & small meal options will be available for purchase throughout the day Saturday & Sunday.  We are making plans with children & families in mind.  Feel free to bring your own food as well.

For purchased meals, children are welcome to share plates.

Friday

Theology on Tap dinner - Meal by donation - Brought to us by Knights of Columbus Council #3611 

  • Spaghetti (w/ meatballs), salad, & bread  (Gluten-free spaghetti available if you contact us here)
  • No-host bar will be available for our friends over 21; soft drinks available for all

Saturday

Breakfast - $7 - Homemade granola with yogurt; poached egg, ham, & cheese on an english muffin; fruit; OJ, coffee, & milk

Lunch - $10 - Ham or turkey sandwiches on croissants; goat cheese & penne pasta; black bean & pineapple salad; green salad & lime dressing

Dinner - $10 - Beef enchiladas; spanish rice; refried beans; green salad with salsa dressing; coffee, punch, & water 

Sunday

Breakfast - Meal by donation - Brought to us by Knights of Columbus Council #3611 - Pancakes, eggs, & sausage; OJ & coffee

Post-12:30 Mass - Reception with Bishop Elizondo - $10 - Baked salmon; beef enchilada; mixed-greens salad; a variety of other salads; fruit; rolls

What to Bring:

Much of this conference will happen outside, so please come prepared for Northwest weather conditions.

  • Warm hat
  • Extra layers

We’re saying prayers for beautiful weather, but this is Western WA.

Meals will be available for purchase at the time you register - Friday dinner and Sunday breakfast will be provided for a good-will offering at the time of the meal. You are also free to bring along your own meals or snacks.

New t-shirts are being offered this year - reserve yours today when you register!  $15 for sizes X-Small to X-Large ($17 for XXL), available in youth, adult, & ladies cut (ss=short-sleeve).  Warm hoodies are also available for $30 (you'll want one coming out of your tent on Saturday morning : )

Parking & RV / Tent Sites:

Parking is available on site. 

Some RV Parking will be available on-site...no hook-up utilities available. First come, first choice. Indicate on your registration form if you are bringing your RV, providing us with your RV size, number in the party, and license plate number.

Tent space is available on-site. Unmarried individuals will have gender-specific tent areas. Bring your own small tent with a blanket and / or travel chair for the outdoor events. 90 15‘x15’ sites will be available in each tent section (single men, single women, & married couples / young families).

To add to the camping comfort, portable shower / restroom facilities will be available in the camping area for tent and RV campers.

Please remember, this is a Catholic, youth, and family event. We anticipate excellence from all, especially those who are camping overnight. Help us make this a positive experience for everyone...including you! Wholesome behavior is expected at all times.

Masses and Prayer:

The conference will include daily Mass, prayer & Rosary, Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, a Chaplet of Divine Mercy, and opportunities for Confession.

Consider spending a holy hour in front of the Blessed Sacrament in the church Friday night through Saturday morning. Adoration will be available for all. Sign up when you register.

Vatican International Exhibition:  A photographic exhibition of 140 Church-approved Eucharistic miracles of the world will be on display throughout the conference. Rediscover the Eucharistic Lord while viewing these photographs.

Copies of the Vatican-published Eucharistic Miracles of the World book are available for purchase for $31.  

Indoor Broadcasting:

We will have indoor broadcasting available for those with limited mobility who would prefer to experience the event indoors.

Quiet play area for young children:

We want this conference to be enjoyed by all families as families...we welcome all ages! We will not have a nursery or kid drop-off area, but we are making plans to help parents comfortably enjoy the conference with their wee ones.

There will be a tot tent available for infants, toddlers, and young children. Formal babysitting services will not be available, but parents can rest assured of a child-friendly space in which they will not miss out on the opportunity to hear the presentations. The covered play area will have speakers to enable parents to hear the presentations while monitoring their own children. The area also includes a changing table, toys, books, and activities. Feel free to bring your own little toys or quiet, educational activities, but please no noisy toys.

Each of the talks is one hour with a break or other activity in between. Please feel free to use the break times to explore the grounds, teach the stories of the Holy Bible seen in the artwork throughout the church, walk through the photographic exhibit on the Eucharistic Miracles of the World, enjoy the beautiful weather we’re saying prayers for, or just spend precious time as a family together discussing the topics of the talks.
